Our expert chef is known for being able to take your taste buds on a wonderful journey of delight. Time and again, he can ensure a surprising culinary adventure. In addition to the changing seasonal menu with classic and contemporary entrees, he also takes the time to create special daily menus. Our sommelier (wine steward) can help you choose the best wines to accompany your meal.
All the dishes are prepared with pure ingredients, all purchased from local suppliers whenever possible. Our fish supplier comes to Slenaken six days a week to deliver delicious freshly caught fish. The entire kitchen team works with a magical supply of passion, energy, creativity and concentration so that they may present you the most beautiful and delicious creations.
On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon we serve a 3-course lunch menu.
We serve the menu for € 36,- per person, per table.
Arrival between 12:00 and 13:30.
Every evening, 7 days a week, we serve our 4-course menu PUUR.
We serve the menu for € 45 per person, per table.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening we also serve our
5/6-course menu Du Chef.
We serve the menu for € 87/€ 99 per person, per table.
Arrival between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
In case of allergies or dietary requirements, which are not indicated in advance when booking, we charge a supplement of € 15 per course.
