All rates are offered per person with packages based on double occupancy. These rates include all service and sales taxes.

Dogs are admitted after consultation and under conditions.We ask a fee of € 30.- per day, without care. Rooms / Suites with parquet floor are allowed to the dogs.Pets are not allowed in the restaurants.
Package rates are always based on half board with specific additions of the reserved package deal. Our rates are always published per package per person.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee you a particular preferred room number. We shall, however, do everything we can to reserve this room for you.
We shall confirm every reservation made more than 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We normally ask you to send us a signed copy by return mail.
Cancellation insurance is available for all reservations. You will find a section concerning cancellation insurance on your reservation confirmation. Should you not wish to use this insurance, please indicate this clearly on the confirmation you send back to us. If no (clear) choice is made on the form, this will be considered a ‘YES’, after which you will be insured with the premium being added to your bill.
The costs of this insurance amount to 5% of your total reservation and is not prepaid, but included in your final bill. Should you cancel your reservation, you shall then only receive an invoice for the insurance premium.

Vacations are often reserved quite some time before their planned starting date, meaning that you enter into financial obligations at that moment. Unforeseen circumstances could occur, preventing you from departing to your destination or forcing you to shorten your stay; in most cases this also leads to loss of money. Hotel Klein Zwitserland cancellation insurance pays for these costs in the event that you have to cancel your stay or only can enjoy a shortened stay due to a late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation and refund policy:
You are entitled to a refund if your vacation is cancelled for one of the following reasons:
*serious illness, serious accidents or passing of one of the insured individuals or any non-accompanying first- and second-degree relatives or household members.
*significant damage to your property, thereby warranting your immediate presence at the affected site.
*non-voluntary loss of employment in the event of complete or partial closure of your employer.
*initiation of a divorce procedure
*medical complications for expecting mothers, warranting that the trip cannot take place due to medical reasons.
*loss of the private vehicle to be used for the trip due to theft, fire, explosion or another externally
imposed calamity within 30 days before the planned date of arrival.
Premature vacation disruption:
If you have to prematurely cut your vacation short, the portion you will no longer be able to enjoy will be refunded proportionally. However, to qualify for such a refund, your reason for ending your stay early must be due to one of the circumstances mentioned under “Cancellation and refund policy”.
You must pay the premium (5%) upon reception of the final bill at the hotel.
If you need to cancel, you shall only have to pay the premium owed and the cancellation-
risk-insurance conditions of the Dutch hotel and catering industry shall apply.

What are the risks for not purchasing cancellation insurance?
1. In case of Cancellation more than 3 months before the date of the first (Catering) Service
provided under the terms of the Catering Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "the
Commencement Date", the Customer shall not be obliged to make any payment to the Hotel Establishment.
2. In case of Cancellation more than 2 months before the Commencement Date, the Customer is
obliged to pay 15% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
3. In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is
obliged to pay 35% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
4. In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is
obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
5. In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged
to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
6. In case of Cancellation 7 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to
pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
